WeTheSportsPeople.com seeks writers with passionate opinions, good senses of humor, and interesting things to say. Send something to us!   

Our website is popular because of it's compelling sports discussion, but great writing fuels our success.  The staff writers and editors create much of the content, but audience contributions are vital.  Our vision is to have an even split between staff and audience contributions.  WeTheSportsPeople.com will moderate and promote the great sports conversation.   

We invite our audience to contribute their opinions, and our editors will highlight the most intriguing and entertaining pieces. Whether they are responses to our stories of the day or other interesting topics, we will plaster good articles and the best smack talk on our front page.  Plus, we keep statistics and archives, so that the world can see ‘who has contributed what’.

The more writers, the better. It increases our odds of writing the best sports article of all time.We always desire to add to our staff of talented writers, and will extend column offers to the most consistently interesting contributors.  If you and your commentary add value to "this great endeavor", we will make you a set of keys to the printing press.  No rules, no commitments, just your name on the "in" list, and an open invitation to submit columns to us anytime you like.

In addition to Featured Columnists, we are also seeking College Program Correspondents and Pro Team Correspondents. If you closely follow a specific school or pro team, and you want to regularly contribute work on the subject, we can make you a Correspondent!
